Enrollment Process

To enroll your child at Holy Rosary School, the first step is to contact the Admissions/Development Office to indicate interest and intent.

The following forms are necessary for pre-registration.  This includes:

• Application Form
• Non-refundable $250 deposit (applied to tuition)  
• Tuition Assistance Application is assistance is needed
• Transfer of Records Form

Once you have contacted the school, a campus visit can be set up with an opportunity to see the school facility, meet teachers and students, sit down with our school principal.   Visits can be arranged to be convenient for your schedule.  Older students will often spend a day paired with a student host to observe classes, participate in activities, meet teachers and interact with classmates.

  • Held annually in March – See school calendar for specific date
  • Students must be five years old by September 1 of year of enrollment
• Pre-Registration
  
  • Current families and members of the Duluth Area Catholic Schools system pre-register starting in late February/early March or as soon as tuition schedule is determined and pre-registration materials are ready
  • Deadline for pre-registration for returning families is typically the first week in April
  • Admission opens to new families after April 15th
• Tuition Assistance
  
  • Applications are available in January
  • Confidential process is need based and requires on-line application through SMART Tuition Aid Analysis
  • Deadline for first distribution of assistance is April 15th
• Open House and Special Events
  
  • A variety of Open House and special events are held throughout the year; please refer to the school calendar for monthly updates
