At A Glance

Holy Rosary School is a Catholic co-educational school for grades kindergarten through eight.  Students benefit from a small school environment that educates with Christ as model.

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish founded Holy Rosary School in 1923.  Accredited by MNSAA (Minnesota Non Public Schools Accrediting Association) since 1987, Holy Rosary successfully completed its 3rd accreditation process in April 2002 and earned the highest recommendation from an on-site team.  Holy Rosary is one of twelve schools in the Diocese of Duluth and is a member of the Duluth Area Catholic Schools.

Students participate in an advanced curriculum and are assessed annually using the Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS).  Class averages in language, math and reading consistently rank in the top 15 percent of national results, with yearly development equivalent to one grade level or greater.  Honors are achieved annually in a variety of regional and state competitions, including Science Fair and History Day.
